Ordering is Easy. Deciding what to Order may not be as easy. Use the following Steps to place your order.

1 - Decide what size and style of Tumbler or Vase you want. Browse the Tumbler Collection or Vase Option under Other Products to see what’s available.

2- Look at some of the Design Options Audrey offers. These Options are just samples of what can be done. Your Tumbler will be personalized to your wishes.

3- Look at the Decals Collection to choose a Decal you would like to add to your Tumbler. Check out this Link for ideas on choosing a Design or Decal Option. Not all Options work well together so choose carefully.

4 - Most Tumbler products come with a plastic straw included but if you want a Stainless-Steel Straw with your order select one from the Straws Collection.

5 - Once you have selected all of the products and specialty items, review your Cart to make sure you have everything. Add any notes or upload files if necessary.

6 - Proceed to Checkout add your contact information, chose your delivery method and complete the order.

Once the order is placed Audrey will contact you to finalize your design, discuss delivery times and answer any other questions you may have. If any additional items are added based on these discussions a separate invoice will be generated.

ALERTS:

Be aware that once the Tumbler is created there is a 72-hour resin cure requirement before it's sent to its forever home.

If ordering a product that is Out-Of-Stock or on Back Order, the delivery time of your Tumbler could be delayed. Audrey will contact you if there is any impact to your delivery time as a result of a Back Ordered item.
