Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Audrey Kay’s Kreations. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: If ordering a product that is Out-Of-Stock or on Back Order the delivery time of your Tumbler could be delayed. Audrey will contact you if there is any impact to your delivery time as a result of a Back Ordered item.
Order processing is the actual creation of your product based on its unique customizations as selected through the Check-Out process and agreed to by Audrey Kay’s Kreations.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Audrey Kay’s Kreations uses a Standard rate of $10 for the Shipping and Handling of most products. This rate covers a standard USPS 3-to-5-day shipping delivery. If expedited delivery is required let Audrey know during the ordering process. International rates are carrier based calculated rates.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the time frame noted by the Shipping Service selected after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at adepper18@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please note that once your product has shipped any Postal Service problems our outside of our control. The shipping email notification is your evidence that the product has left our facility.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Audrey Kay’s Kreations ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. The following lists these restrictions.
UPS
UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a shipper should use a P.O. Box address, the recipient´s telephone number must be included on the label. Your package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.

*** Update*** As of September 4, 2022 USPS has instituted new requirements around the shipment of hazardous materials as identified in Publication 52. These changes are necessary to address a rise in incidents involving lithium batteries and other HAZMAT shipments. Mailers are now required to present non-HAZMAT and HAZMAT items separately. This interim final rule also introduces specific labeling requirements for packages containing pre-owned, damaged, or defective electronic devices containing or packaged with lithium batteries, and bars these packages from eligibility for a Postal Service product that makes routine use of air transportation and must be shipped using Ground Service. As a normal course of business, Audrey Kay's Kreations does not ship any product(s) to be considered HAZMAT as defined in Publication 52. If such items are shipped they will be labeled appropriately per the requirements defined here.
DHL
DHL global is a courier company and most of the times the last leg of the delivery is handled by the post office. DHL delivers to USPS and USPS delivers to you. So, any restrictions for DHL would be the same for USPS.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: United Kingdom and Canada. Other International Destinations are not available at this time.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Audrey Kay’s Kreations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Audrey Kay’s Kreations and wish to return it for a refund we accept returns on a case-by-case base. Please see our full Returns Policy here.
Taxes
Audrey Kay’s Kreations is not responsible for any custom fees and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Audrey Kay’s Kreations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
